Let us help you plan for a beautiful wedding day memory at Maple Hill Manor. We only host Elopements involving 25 or fewer guests. Our base rate for a small wedding is $299 (includes hosting of the event, officiate fee, wedding cake, and sparkling beverage toast), plus $25/each guest beyond the Bride & Groom, maximum of 25 wedding guests. In addition, a minimum of 1 guest room for 1 night is required. The non-refundable deposit of $299 is required to lock in a date. A credit card hold will be required for the guest room/s and final payment will be collected at the time of check out, along with any additional wedding costs (guest count, add-on services, etc.).
If there are other house guests/non-wedding event overnight guests booked, the ceremony time would need to occur between 1pm-4pm. If the ceremony occurs on a date without non-wedding party guests, the ceremony may occur at any time. You may want to consider renting all 7 guest rooms ($1250/night), in an effort to have the ceremony at a more desirable time such as late morning/afternoon or evening time.
