Romantic Getaways in Kentucky This Winter
Though the temptation to curl up in cozy layers and stay home this winter is undeniable, winter is also a wonderful time to whisk your sweetheart away for romantic getaways in Kentucky. You don’t need a special occasion to enjoy them, either – especially when you choose a charming destination like our Kentucky Bed and Breakfast. In fact, we think the chillier temperatures you’ll encounter outside offer the perfect excuse to curl up and get cozy inside!
Our Kentucky Bed and Breakfast is a historic gem located on a farm just outside Bardstown, KY. The Inn itself is one of the state’s best-preserved Antebellum Mansions and retains much of its historic charm – including plenty of period furnishings and decor. Despite the historic elegance of our Inn, you won’t be without all the modern conveniences you crave for your romantic getaways in Kentucky!
Our Kentucky Bed and Breakfast features seven guest rooms, each named for significant people from Kentucky’s storied history. The guest rooms are all appointed with beautiful furnishings, including top-rated amenities, such as Jacuzzis for two, custom toiletries, luxe embroidered spa robes, and so much more. In addition to these amenities, included with all your romantic getaways in Kentucky is a daily breakfast in our gorgeous dining room.
Our breakfast menu changes daily, alternating between sweet and savory dishes for variety. We also change our menu with the seasons. No two breakfasts will be the same during your romantic getaways in Kentucky, but you’ll leave our table full and satisfied, ready for whatever lies ahead that day! In addition to breakfast, we’re also happy to provide you with extra treats throughout your romantic getaways in Kentucky, including things like Charcuterie Boards and Picnic Baskets.
Outside our Inn, you’ll find a sprawling farm to enjoy, with many spots perfect for a romantic stroll or moment of quiet. Take a seat on one of our benches, weather permitting, of course, and enjoy interacting with our horses or donkeys. Let the peace and quiet transport you away from your worries – this farm stay will truly leave you rested and recharged in a way few other destinations will!
